We grow our microgreens indoor 365 days a year continously.
Our plants are grown with water, no pesticides, no fertilizer and our production produces no sewage.
We provide the best possible conditions for plant growth by controlling light and climate, so that we may deliver the best products to our customers.
The elctricity we use is "Grøn Strøm" from Norsk El-kraft in order for our energy consumption to be tied to sustainable energy sources.

Once upon a time...
In 2015 we got inspired by Dickson Despommiers now famous book from 2010 about growing greens indoor right in the middle of the city...
We were crazy about the idea and in 2019 we started the CphFarmHouse journey and today we are proud producers of microgreens in our indoor farm at the old IBM buildings in Allerød.
