- Risotto rice, white wine, parmasan cheese, Mascapone
- Panko, rosemary and a whipped egg, salt, peber

- Pea Shoots, washed
- Vegetables
This is what you do
- Fry the breadded risotto balls, sprinkle with salt
- Lightly sear the vegetables
- Wash the pea shoots
- A dash of balsamic glaze
Mix the vegetables with the pea shoots and serve on a plate with the risotto balls.
