The salmon can be replaced with any white fish, which could be breaded in panko, a full meal in it self but begs to be served with thick Belgian pomme frites.
Ingredients for the burger:
- Salmon or white fish
- Pea Shoots, washed
- Tartar sauce
- Pickeled cucumber
- Brioche burger buns
Ingredients for the tartar sauce:
- Mayo, Creme Fraiche (18%), Mustard
- Finely chopped:
- Parsley, dild, capers, cornichon
- Finely shredded lemon peel
- Fresh lemon juice
- Salt and peber
