The PEA SHOOTS are not only for dressing up, they work wonders as a salad by them selves and gives both taste and texture as a salad.
This salad is easy to do and is a great supplement to the barbecued portobello mushroom or the steak.
Or can just be eaten together with a great loaf of bread.
Ingredienses:
- Pea Shoots, washed
- Roasted pine nuts
- Pommegrante kennels (or strawberries)
- Balsamic glaze
Mix the ingrediences and serve in a bowl or as a portion.
You can add
- Feta-cheese
- Grilled chicken
